Delete your Fella AI account

Fella AI is operated by SIAS SMART INNOVATION AI SOLUTIONS LTD. Use this page to ask us to delete your Fella AI account. You do not need the app to do this.

Request deletion by email

Email us and tell us the email address on your account. If you signed in with Apple or Google, tell us that too. We act on requests within 90 days at the latest, and we may ask you to verify your identity first.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Fella AI and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Tap the Settings gear.
  3. Tap Account.
  4. Read the notice and tick "I have read the account deletion notice".
  5. Tap Delete, type DELETE, and tap Continue.
  6. Tap Delete Forever.

What happens when your account is deleted

Both routes do the same thing, and it cannot be undone:

  • Your account is deactivated and removed from the app. You are signed out and can no longer sign in with it.
  • Your characters, stories and chats are no longer available to you.
  • Your push notifications and scheduled messages stop.
  • If you sign up again with the same email, you start a new account.

What we keep

Deleting your account does not by itself erase your personal data. We keep:

  • Your profile, including the email address on your account
  • Your chats and stories, and the characters you created
  • Photos and screenshots you uploaded. A photo may stay reachable by anyone who already has its link.
  • Transaction and billing records
  • Usage analytics and advertising-attribution data
  • A record of your deletion

We keep this data for analytics, and for legal and accounting records. We have not set a date for removing this data. Your privacy rights are set out in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in your Apple subscriptions or your Google Play subscriptions. If you cannot, email us and we will help.
